Car Financing Scam: What to do?
The first thing you should do if you suspect you’ve been the victim of a car financing scam is to immediately visit your state’s Attorney General office and report the car dealership.
Also, contact the Better Business Bureau and report a dishonest dealership. Another good thing to do is to find better financing and get a better interest rate as soon as possible. Keep in mind that if you go from 18% to 9% in your financing means saving hundreds of dollars a month and will save you thousands over the term of the loan.
