Attorney at Law
Simon Stepanyan joined the Margarian Law Firm in 2014. He currently focuses his practice on complex litigation and transactional matters, including consumer class actions, business disputes, and corporate transactions. Simon also has experience and practices immigration law, limited to employment and family based immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions.
Immediately prior to joining the Margarian Law Firm, Simon graduated from University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, earning his Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree. Simon’s studies at USC were comprised of classes in corporate and business law, hence upon conclusion of his studies at USC, Simon was also conferred a Business Law Certificate from USC Gould School of Law.
Simon’s legal experience and education are diverse, international, and span three jurisdictions. He has law degrees from law schools in the United States, France, and Armenia, which are complimented by his work experience at law firms in all 3 countries. This diverse background allows him to find innovative solutions to traditional problems.
